About
Supply by Kara is a postpartum food delivery service for new moms in the Bay Area.
We are passionate about supporting the miraculous transition to motherhood with traditional, nutritionally-rich recipes. You’ll find warming bone-broths, braised meat stews, hearty vegetable and legume soups, fruit-sweetened breads, and more.
Meals packages are homemade and crafted unique to each new mom, no mass production. Meals are portioned and frozen individually in compostable containers to facilitate easy reheating and leave room for flexibility - the meals are there when you need them but will not compete with any hot meals dropped off by your community.
Monthly Freezer Rentals available if freezer space at your home is limited.

Hello, I’m Kara.
Thanks for being here!
I am a California native - I’ve spent the last four years as a private chef, currently in the Bay Area and previously Santa Barbara. It’s a great joy of mine to nourish families with seasonal, organic, home-style cooking.
As a trained postpartum doula and in a season when close friends were starting their families, I saw an opportunity to offer deep nutrition and community support to new families in a new way - Supply by Kara Postpartum Food Delivery.
